As beavermd stated so clearly, there are no winners in this whole situation. Everyone loses. I was going to go and list all the people harmed here, but it's a fruitless endeavor. Unfortunately, the human condition is flawed and even the greatest among us suck at living sometimes. |

And how long until the girl's mother resurfaces to contradict everything in the Eggers article? Will she be at peace with her "truth" knowing that LH has served his punishment and that more publicity for her daughter is not a good thing? Or will she try to strike back at her ex in-laws?

I think that's the fallacy in both Danny Moran and Kerry Eggers' articles - they're both one sided. I would've liked for one or either of them to interview people on both sides of the argument.

Eggers article was more "other sided" than one sided. It served as a response or rebuttal to an irresponsibly one sided series of articles |

I haven’t paid much attention to the bald faced hypocrite for quite some time. In light of Kerry’s article I tuned in today to see if he would have any fair-minded humility in Luke’s case. But I should have known that the jack wagon simply doubled down. I quickly turned it off.

I'm not an expert in the legal world, but does Luke not have a case of defamation and slander against the Oregonian? This cost him a 1st round draft pick, millions of dollars, potential earnings...and then the court of the "Public Eye".
Like it was mentioned earlier...in these cases...nobody wins and it's sad. I'm just hoping that Luke can move on and focus on baseball.

They were inaccurate about why there was a temporary citation on Luke's record and they conveniently never bothered to correct this information. |

Really. Time to move on.
The story is there.
Luke did what he was supposed to do. And more.
I can’t tell you how many people at CWS said to me that this was done wrong.
LSU fans, Florida fans..... hell..... even Wazzou fans that made the trip and saw my colors......
