I think the T started when Corosdale was called for a foul on a clean block inside the free throw line. That is when Rueck was shown with his head down like he had a headache. Then the lack of a call on the rebounding by Gulich. Rueck is smart. Better to get the t-Foul when you have the ball so you get it back and minimize a string of points by the other team. His t-Foul "investment" gained us a bunch of calls in the last few minutes which helped us push out the lead by halftime. Good strategic move by our coach. Now, that is coaching! And... you can see players' improvement over the course of a season... exponentially over a year... and he can recruit without having coach's kids involved! Ok... couldn't resist... sorry 😁 He did just lose two road games when I had expected at least a split. If he can’t even do that after this many season in it must be time to find a new coach. Sorry...I couldn’t resist either.😁

Az player just shot the ball..missed the basket/rim...goes to the opposite side of the basket and rebounds it. Essentially passing to herself. ?

The bench was outstanding again. Maddie is playing with more self confidence and the rest are all doing great.
The rest of the team forgets that Jo isn't a shrimpy little 6'5" and they need to get the passes higher. In general she is doing just fine with her game, getting more aggressive in her defense.
KtMc impresses me each game with her D. She doesn't go for steals so she won't get any awards, but I think she is the best defender I've seen play this year on any team. They can't slide past her and with her height and positioning they don't get an open shot so they usually never even try to score on her, they just pass off.

I haven't been able to watch last 2 games because I'm presently in a TV free zone..... However, beaveragain, I truly hope your read on KtMc is spot on. I've been impressed with how much confidence Coach R has in her total game... Several of us have been on her case because of her limited offensive production....But if her defensive game is as strong as you indicate that is a great sign... GO BEAVS !!

KtMac is on the floor for her overall game and leadership. Like most I wish she would shoot more, but she brings so much more to the table.
I'm surprised that we could win today what with Kat on the floor and not Taylor, after the last game many wanted her to be benched. I suspect she injured her left wrist in or just before the asu game, she is still favoring it today, and that messed with her game Friday.

bib---interesting info (or speculation) on Kat Tudor's wrist....This will be instructive to learn more about...If you find something please let us know...
I don't recall anyone here talking about Kat Tudor being benched. Maybe you can track down exactly what you are referring to... A few of us commented that if she had another zero shot game (following her 0-fer ASU game) she would lose her floor time to Maddie or Taylor......
Perhaps that is what you meant to say...Who knows....
At any rate, it was a great win delivered in convincing style..... GO BEAVS !!

I was being facetious about Kat being benched. However her wrist was taped up at the beginning of the asu game and she is holding it with her elbow bent and close to her abdomen. No high fives with that hand, not even a low five. She is being very protective of it. I had to go back to the recording to check on it, I noticed it live early in the first period when she got tangled up with a sundevil and hit the floor hard. She went out shortly after that and was used very sparingly after. She was still favoring it today but was at least using it to dribble with. I hope she is healing fast.
I have no inside info on this, just what I noticed. If you see a recording of either game her body language is obvious.
