Sounds like he took the girls phone? That might have contributed to the harsh punishment.

Too bad. In the end, he seemed like a kid that had a lot of growing up to do. Had bad luck, but seemed to be his own worst enemy a lot of the time. No question the physical talent is there. If he ever gets it together consistantly, maybe he’ll be a one year wonder somewhere. Too bad it wasn’t with us, but maybe time to move on is best for both parties. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out. seth was very disruptive and not very well like, just ask around about his attempt fight the polynesian players in bend this last fall. Not once but twice in the sane night.

Corvallis PD strikes again... Incident was reported October 9th. He was suspended from the team on November 21st. He wasn't issued an assault citation until November 27th, some six weeks after the initial report, authorities interviewed 20 witnesses, and you're response is "the cops strike again?"

In OA's defense, most anybody that has lived in Corvallis long enough forms a quick and immediate Anti Corvallis PD bias.

He wasn't issued an assault citation until November 27th, some six weeks after the initial report, authorities interviewed 20 witnesses, and you're response is "the cops strike again?" I'll clarify/correct you that I didn't say "the cops strike again" I said the "Corvallis PD strikes again" because I want to be super clear that I do not have such opinions about law enforcement as a whole, but I do about the CPD specifically. Both from first-hand and second-hand experience. At any rate, my comment was more directly in reference to the position that Seth's attorney has taken, which suggests an overreach/miscarriage of justice which has become all too familiar with the CPD. That's a pretty emphatic statement, and that's what would cause me to react with "Corvallis PD strikes again".
