You seriously "enjoyed" last night's game? I thought we should've played a team that just lost to Wazzu a little bit tougher. It wasn't just the freshman missing lay-ins, free throws and leaving guys open on D unfortunately. But as long as you had fun w/ that lol..... Don't play word games -- I said nothing of the sort. But, while it's painful at times, it is necessary and, in the long run, will take us to the Final 4. Final 4?? Wow, that is glass half full... over flowing... LOL

Just make the freaking tournament. Its embarrassing that its been so long. I don't care how, or what seed, or what opponent. Just make it. Soon.

Trouble is, our freshmen are getting dominated by ..... other teams freshmen, that is not a good sign. I don't see any playoff of any kind coming right now, certainly not the Dance, and most assuredly the NIT as well. We are not good right now, everybody knows it and will play accordingly. If we get anywhere it will be last in to the friggin CBI again. whooooopee. I had some serious hopes of being a little better this year, as it turns out, we will most likely be worse, not a great omen for a "great" recruiting class IMO. I'll keep watching and hoping, but reality sucks, and the fact that this team is not good right now is reality. Final 4, !! LoL, well what you're smoking is at least legal now! We are a one trick pony and that is pretty easy to beat.

They had an all world recruiting class and they're kinda struggling.

Here is my dose of reality.
Expectations were probably generally to high for this team going into the year. While I have not given up on this year and believe that this can still be a very good season I believe we are looking at 2017 & 2018 more realistically. We are going to need the next couple of years to bring in some more athletic (hopefully with size) to compete. Let's face it, other than GP11 and possibly Tres (I believe he has become by far the second best player on the team) who else on our team would start for any other team in the conference with the exception of maybe WSU & ASU.
Not much has changed from this year to last in the sense that we still can't rebound or get players to be consistent on the offensive end. If the team doesn't shot close to 50% from the floor or the other team shoots poorly we will be hard pressed to get a W. I think chemistry is also an issue and much of last years success came when Victor Robbins was on the team. The fact that Victor didn't make very good decisions off the court doesn't change the fact that he was probably our best true basketball talent last year IMHO.
I still believe in the youth. Stevie will be fine as he gets a little stronger and more used to the physical play in college. Drew is still in the early stages of learning the game and I like his upside.
Maybe we can go get some 6'8 & 6'9 guys that are extremely athletic that pretty much everyone else in the conference seems to have but us.
Time to start the upswing on Sunday!
