What are YOU going to do to greet them?
I'm sure they expect a hostile crowd, so why would we want to disappoint the Flying Horton's?
George has really got to lay off those Voodoo Donuts. They better have the paddles warmed up, if he's forced to make a trot to the mound.
How much you want to bet that they will be wearing black, just to piss us off?

They dropped from 33 to 60 in RPI this weekend. OSU stayed at 1.

TSDTR is on a 5 game losing streak - and spiraling toward post season irrelevance. Here's hoping that they get a Tuesday taste of 95 mph Rasmussen fastball - for at least an inning or two. |

Word around Eugene is that George is not going to get renewed and they are going to make another run at Casey with an offer that will make him the highest paid coach in NCAA history

I'm hoping we get to see Raz on the mound Tuesday night. Fitting that he could pound a few coffin nails into holes casket. If the weather forecast holds, I would say keep Raz in the dugout. Don't want to see a slip-sliding debut on a wet mound. |

With his experience and place at OSU, IMO it's no longer a paycheck issue for Pat. All he has to do is look at who he has coming back next year, along with his current recruiting class. It's one thing to be strategizing on the road in the bottom of the 9th with the bases loaded and your team ahead by 1, with a 31-3 record, and another to go someplace and rebuild a program. I am not saying we wouldn't push buttons if the salary became an issue, but I am not going to worry about him ending up at the hole too much. That Coastal Carolina coach would probably be a good get. |

Anyone want to venture a guess on Starting pitching match ups? I kind of like letting Drew start the game. Give him his normal starters routine for getting ready. Have a pitch count on him and pull him when he hits the number. He would be the best/most decorated pitcher in a Beaver uniform to start a Tuesday game before Omaha  |

No one will be happier than I to never see him get to Omaha, assuming they don't make it this year, but I guarantee that if they don't resign him the next coach will bring in a top 10 to 15 class the day he signs. |
