Jale goes to 8-0, lowers ERA to 1.03, WHIP 0.885. Amazing how the big guy has turned it around this year. Beavs now 30-2, 14-1 in conference. Should remain #1 in polls tomorrow. On the road at UCLA next weekend, then hole comes to Goss for a Tuesday game on the 25th.

And Pac12 title with this win... 15 games left... 5.5 game lead over 2nd (5 games over Zona, but we have series tiebreakers on both)... we're not going 9-6, but if so someone else has to go 15-0 last half. NOT happening. |

When I saw the move to SafeCo in 2007, I ended up skipping a couple of Friday classes at OSU and just had to go. No way to miss that experience. |

One final note on the series. This ends a 5 series non-winning streak on Easter weekend. Yes, OSU hadn't won a series on Easter weekend since 2011. I say non-winning, because OSU split a weird 2 game mid-week (Mon & Tues after Easter) at Sacramento State back in 2014.

Congrats Beavs. A satisfying ROAD series win against the huckin' fuskies and that s%#t-head, meggs. He can go f.h. I'm usually not that "colorful," but I "ain't" apologizing. whoreton has more integrity than that chump. Period.

I mean Meggs is not even on "our" radar until last June. Until then he was just the HC of a team we dominated... on the field and in recruiting. "whoreton" ucks have a much longer history of everything immoral and below the belt. However, the two illicit models of so called institutions of higher learning are forever linked, as the whimpering puppies were what all uck fans despised yet aspired to be. And, as of now have surpassed the fuskies in cheating, hiring questionable coaches, and covering up illegal and immoral activities of players while still letting them participate. So... Meggs (anyone else think he looks like an arsehole version of John Goodman?) is but a tiny footnote compared to the mighty "a"holes! IMHO... |
