So I must confess that I don't follow the lady hoops team that closely but enough to know what a huge feat they have accomplished over the past few years.
I have seen stats that say a 48-6 conference record over the last 3 seasons along with 3 straight conference titles (Stanford being the only other team to accomplish that feat) is worthy of high praise.
I would just like to extend my congratulations to the coaching staff, team and all you fans who have supported them.
What a tremendous accomplishment. Best of luck in the post season.
GO BEAVS!

If you are really looking for the best show in town my vote would go to the baseball team. Pretty solid for over a decade but clearly this is just my opinion and not looking to start an argument on this board as so many others do.
I also think the wrestling program and gymnastics team have been pretty darn good for years.
I hope the lady hoops can keep the solid play going for years to come. I am a beaver fan and hope all of the athletic teams have as much success as possible.
GO BEAVS!

Hey Poo
Definitely agree that kudos are warranted to the ladies team in hoops this year...especially after losing some key starters last year. Wishing them well in the big dance this year....will be neat to follow them along. We've had some perennial contenders in baseball for a couple of decades now....so I would agree with your perception you stated above. It's just neat to have so many strong areas where the Beav's excel in.

No doubt Ruh Roh and I couldn't be happier for the lady hoopsters. I know we all have our own personal favorite sports that we follow and I totally agree that it's great for Beaver Nation to have success in so many different sports.

While I love Pat Caseys baseball team, I don't really follow them game by game until we get into the conference season. February is still basketball season to me.
