Her defense is only good when she and the defender are close the basket and they CAN'T go around her. And someone needs to school her on how to hit a shot from 2 feet away. Put some backspin on the ball and aim for a spot on the backboard.
And our team's passing is also terrible. Way too many stupid turnovers vs Arkansas.
There's a lot more to what you are asking by suggesting moving Sydney to the wing, and that's without the benefit of actually being inside the program. Sydney makes a lot of things happen that won't be obvious until you watch someone else try to run point for the team. I hear you that I want to see this team less vulnerable to the types of challenges that gassed them last year (which I believe was a lot more than what the opponents threw at them), but am very confident that Rueck is far more concerned about it then we are, and will solve it if there's a solution to be had with the overall personnel.
