too bad for those guys . . . distracted by the NIL money? Nah, they made their decisions. They have to live with consequences like these.

Of the non kicker major transfers I would ukd say only one is really having a decent season. Seems like quite a few are either lost on the depth chart or lost starting positions. Martinez: 5 GP, 250 ryds, 329 tyds, 4 TD Bolden: 5 GP, 74 yds, -8 tyds, 66 tyds, 1 td. Madcreanas-Arnold: 5 GP, 22 tTKL, 11 sTKL, 1 int. Akili Arnold: 11 tTKL, 6 sTKL. Hasnt played since week 3. Velling: 5 GP, 13-185 yds. Chiles: 5 GP, 76/135 1058 yds, 5TD/8INT, 79 ryds, 3 tyds. DJU: 5 GP, 85/156 1065 yds, 4TD/6INT, -8 tyds (37 carries wtf). He's already been sacked more this yeR than all last year at OSU. Quincy Wright: 5 GP, 2 TKL John Miller: 11 tTKL, 7 sTKL Jermod McCoy: 8 tTkle, 7 sTKL, 1 int.

Boise should've beat hole at autzen. They win that one, they are borderline top 10. They look like a pretty complete team to me Well, complete when their running game explodes. I'd love to see their QB have to win a game. He looks very average... game manager. Every bit of his success is based on the D trying to stop the run. Side note... amazing how much pressure and run stops a 3-4 man front with creative blitz package can get vs a team that had given up very few sacks!🤔 Yep. The Boise State DC and his staff are on point. Meanwhile, we get vanilla with edge players that seem incapable of beating blocks on pass plays.

We should re-review again at season’s end. I forecast the data will remain the same. It will inform these players made a mostly bad decision. Especially Bolden. The life of the gun for hire, mercenary style to college football pays off for very few portal transfers. Stay put athletes and learn to be loyal and patient. Only Martinez and maybe one other will it have paid off if not a lateral move at worst. DJU’s career has gone completely down the toilet.

Its paying off well for Jermod. Velling also is going to get a lot of scout attention even with lower numbers. It's pretty easy to look at Chiles and say he sucks but for a first year starter with a meh line I think he's doing decent. He's going to be a much better QB in the future after this experience. Pretty much all of them would have better numbers if they had stayed home (as you said).

While Miami is pretty good, Martinez just isn't getting the holes and space to work with that he did with OSU's offensive line in 2022 and 2023. Makes him look a lot closer to average. Agree on Chiles 100 percent.

You are not wrong. Unfortunately, he is probably the best producing athlete of the traitorous portal transfers that told OSU to GFItself.
