I'll give Hainline the benefit of the doubt on his strike 1 swing, same pitch he struck out on but I think the hit and run was on. 3rd strike though... feel like he's thrown the slider enough now we should be able to recognize it. Yeah. I think he was protecting the runner. |

2 hits on the entire series so far. Ouch! Pretty hard to win any games with that kind of offense. Swinging on sh&t way out of the zone. Let’s go Beavs! They seem to have no ability/desire to adjust to the pitching/situation. To me that starts with the coaching staff. |

I don’t think it is any secret, but Travis has obviously been playing the last couple of weeks with a lower back problem. He always does a lot of stretching, but that trainer work , pregame at the regional in Corvallis was beyond stretching. Don’t care. Don’t play if you’re hurt or don’t swing at pitches that are balls. |
