Well.... If we assume the long flyout still happens then that run scores from 3rd anyway. Obviously won't know how the AB would have played out but runner on 3rd with one out would have been tricky anyway.

I remember another big series where we lost game one, played poorly in game two, and were down 3-2 late in the game. Ended up with some big at bats and won that game, then also won the next to win the CWS.
Obviously different situation and different team. All I’m saying is, it’s not over yet.

Maybe, but that’s still a stupid ass play when you pitcher can’t cover the plate and some f%#* face scores from 2nd on a wild pitch. |
