In Tucson for the game. May was as dominant as he was against Oregon. Velo 95-96 and touched 98. He also really enjoyed stuffing his ex team. Hitters seemed to be more aggressive early in the count. Jacob still struggled. Turley’s home run almost went through the wall. Huge crowds maybe 6500, but a lot of them went home early May has really emerged as a legit Pac 12 Friday night guy. Now we just need to his buddy Kmatz to follow suit

Almost feels like announcers do it on purpose at this point lol. You'd think with the level of program OSU had they'd get it right It was a slip up. Sutton and Clements know who we are, and are very complimentary towards Beaver baseball. I know it was a slip up, but with the number of times it seems to happen every season it just makes you wonder.

Fourteen Top 25 teams played Home Games tonight. Those teams went 13-1. Arizona was the only Top 25 team to lose at home.

Yeah the announcers can STFU about Baz signaling. The worst fielding team at OSU in only Wilky knows how long needs to be as fundamental as possible. In the past 20 seasons, the regular season record is still 2013 Oregon State with their 63 errors in 55 games. 2024 Oregon State currently sits at 62 errors. The lack of defense prior to 2005 was a big reason that few people talk about Oregon State before 2005, 81 errors in 51 games in 2004. And the team record for errors was set in 1977, 101 errors in 48 games. If Oregon State commits no errors, they finish as a better defense than 2013. One over the final two to tie 2013. Two to take a rather dubious crown. I posted back after game 39 about the number of errors between game 39 and the end of the regular season. The worst defensive end to a regular season was 2011, 21 errors after game 39, a surefire national seed team disintegrated right in front of us. 2024 has 17 so far. 2013 finished with 17 errors after game 39, the second-worst defensive end to a regular season over the past 20 seasons. Now, of course, there is a tie between 2013 and 2024.
