Curious to know how more coaching is beneficial? More words for a kid to digest. Coaching is overrated, underrated, celebrated, maligned etc...Is it really that big a deal? Not saying it isn't just want the smart people on the to help me understand if it is. I agree. This is no where near as big of a deal as NIL and the Portal. Most schools already have coaches, analysts, advisors....etc. I don't think there's more benefit to adding tons of coaches. Maybe a coach or two, but not more than that. |

I think each player should be assigned their own personal coach by the school, for all sports. We wouldn't want anyone to be treated unfairly.
