Out of curiosity, I went to google maps to find that location. I'm almost positive I've found it. It's Ellen Street between the railway museum and the Ellen Hotel. But the tracks are gone. Looking at the whentaken photo, the tracks have been moved about 250-feet to the left, on the other side of the buildings.

Exactly the reasons why I went with the location I chose. That location burned me before in this game. Finally got it.
A year closer in guess four! Four looked wrong, but I had no idea other than it looked wrong. I was closer in the other four guesses, but I got destroyed on the years. #3 was very deceptive. I am curious how far away you wound up guessing, though.
