Obviously... "humble" is never a word to describe one who thinks they can tell others what to post. Do, excuseme if Idon't use that verbiage in terms of your opinions. Although you don't state your thoughts as opinion do you?
"Correlation"... because they're both in the same program... lol. One started from day one... in game situations. One didn't see the field or plate until the end of game 5. Hmmmm... great analysis!
PS- you again have an issue reading and/or with interpretation. No one, zero people, spoke about the player or if he was up to the task. It was a discussion on a coach's decision. Twist it as you may, the discussion wasn't about the player.
Just as before you twist posts to argue what is not there. And, seem to think you have to prove some kind of baseball knowledge.
Measure Jones' bat speed lately? Ask Hainline if he's lost confidence and couldn't do the job? Or just assume a OSU player of his caliber wouldn't think he could do the job? Using a extremely small sample size to think you've made a point... 5/6 is .833, 8/24 since is .333 and reality? Opponents using scouting reports and not throwing FBs is a "handicap"? Or is having a weakness on breaking balls the actual handicap? Hmmmm... it's also great to hear that experience doesn't matter. Just have supposed bat speed with out seeing game action is all it takes! Good to know.
But... two responses to such astute analysis is my limit. Gawd forbid logical discussions about coaching decisions occur!

I was more disappointed that Smith couldn’t put the ball in play with 1 out and a runner at 3rd. I just keep going back to THIS as the main issue that has sort of been overlooked. Plus its always been one of my big baseball pet peeves, especially watching MLB. GET THE GUY HOME FROM 3RD w/ LESS THAN TWO OUTS! Drivers me nuts lol.

Easy simply gave some reasons as to why Canham may have put Jones in that position.....hell, maybe he had a great practice......maybe Canham does believe this kid has potential THIS season and wants to get him battle tested. Unless you go and ask Canham directly, and he tells you, stfu

Unless you go and ask Canham directly and he tells you, stfu Oh boy... 'fly" goes off the only place he can! I hate to break it to you, but there was more than one poster asking/questioning/wondering about that particular move. And, each gave as reasonable queries as your hero "easy". Who, buy the way has no clue what is going on in MC's head either. Or, Hainline's head, or for that matter Jones' ability level/bat speed other than what he reads. Maybe, maybe, maybe... is not that what 2nd guessing on a message board is all about? Hmmmm... 8 games in, I'll bet asking/questioning a Dorman or MC decision arises again. What do you think? Did you tell any one else to STFU? Are you going to in the future if they don't have a note from MC? Try the ignore function, it will help limit your childish outbursts you seem to have regularly...
