We suck, but don’t lump the Cougars in with us. They’re on the opposite end of the standings from us! Gonzaga, St Mary's, and even Santa Clara are licking their chops.

Yeah the road woes are sort of embarrassing. But, it is a nice conference to break in a new HC/staff and scheme. Only (3) current teams with NET under 100, 5 of 9 with losing records. Pretty sure even WT doesn't finish last in the WCC. BUT... it is the worst nightmare! Highest paid coach by over double(?) and a top 4 finish in a conference with (2) teams with Q1 wins (one s not the Zags... conference overall 6-41 vs Q1 teams!!) rated 11th in the NET (4 spots below the maligned MWC) will mean WT has found it as a coach and be renewed!?

So in your eyes, any Elite Eight runs by any coach going forward at OSU is grounds for a lifetime contract, and that goes for Mr Reuck too. Got it.

Here we are three years later at the bottom of the Pac-12 and you're celebrating an Elite 8 like it was the Fiesta Bowl. L O L

L O L The Fiesta Bowl was only one day after finishing second in the Pac-10. The Elite Eight run was six. A win over one of the greatest basketball programs of all-time in UCLA, a Civil War win in Vegas, a Pac-12 Championship, the first two wins in the Tourney since 1975 and the first win in the Sweet Sixteen since 1966, all told the first time that Oregon State had won three games in the Tourney since the 1963 Terry Baker Final Four run. I will add to that that I personally got to watch the Tennessee game down in New Orleans, which added to the enjoyment of the whole thing. But that whole thing was ridiculously entertaining in a way that pummeling an overmatched Notre Dame team, running an offense from the late 60s, never was.

You hating beating one of the most storied programs of all-time on national tv in football. Which is why OSU athletics is where it's at. Makes so much sense, no wonder you got run from the other message boards.
