That's going to be very, very tough following Saban. I was living in Southern California when Gene Bartow followed John Wooden in 1975-76. The Bruins went to the Final Four if I remember right, but the fans and the alumni screamed for Bartow's head. He quit after 2 years for health reasons.
If Lanning goes 10-2 in the regular season, he could experience something similar.

Now they are saying he was at the oregon football center last night so I don't see how a presser is possible. I would only believe stuff if Canzano reported it since he was so accurate on his pac-12 media rights info last year.  |

There is definitely some smoke here, but a lot of unverifiable rumors too. If he doesn't come out and make a statement some time today affirming his commitment to Oregon, then I would say duckies have reason to worry.
I hope he is gone, the tapdancing on our grave was nauseating. Let those d bags sweat for a while
