It did seem to me that this was one of the more drunk crowds that I have experienced in my 40+ years of going to games.

The East concourse was wall-to-wall people when I walked through about 20 minutes before kickoff. Never seen it that crowded.
Seems as if there are always a lot more drunks when we play the Huskies. Seeing a lot more drunks than when I started coming to games in the 1980s, I think the later kickoffs are mostly responsible. In the days of 1 p.m. starts people didn't have as much time to get their drunk on.
The three seats to my right went for $200 apiece, two guys and a girl, early 20s. First, they show up late, then go out to the concession stand halfway through the first quarter. At halftime, the girl blows chunks and they leave, so I move over and get out of the rain the whole second half.
(Yeah, I know, lucky day for Chunks.)

The number of restrooms is in line with the number of seats in the 200 level of the west side. The problem is, they didn't anticipate the number of people whom would congregate on Beaver Street from the rest of the stadium. It's not a good situation. Quick fix would be to block off Beaver Street in the endzones. Hopefully it will get better when the new wears off. Maybe a little planning to make the east side more attractive would help. There are no restrooms in the 300 level. I'll challenge anyone to walk in the 200 level restrooms and say they can accommodate the West upper levels. The men's line was literally 30+yds long, 3-4 people wide. It was like the old Pendleton Roundup situation. I went to the second level and used the restroom there. Moved very quickly. End of second quarter or start of third quarter. Not saying it doesn’t need to be improved for 2024…it does, Part of the problem after halftime is in the past, people went out at halftime and could re-enter,but used the restrooms outside with the portables. With 38,000 plus people inside Reser Stadium, more portable restrooms are needed for next year.

And a female about 4 feet away…probably 6-8 feet after he started his business.

Insane bathroom situation on the west side. No idea how THAT was considered sufficient. They are going to have to rip up the urinals and put in 360° troughs. Shoulder to shoulder, eyes down people. If it was good enough for our grandfathers, it's good enough for us.
