In Brown's case her two closest friends on the team were going to be at Duke that year.

Also I've heard that she had a bad experience with the student section one game and that seems to have soured her on OSU a bit.

She was a sourpuss from day one. Hope she’s having a better time at her transfer school. If not, maybe the problem isn’t the school.

I remember that, but it seems she and Jones were both moping a lot before that. I don't suppose we'll ever get the full story - not that we need to know. As for Sasha, I'll always wish her the best.

I'm currently watching a documentary on beavers.
It's the best dam show I have ever seen.

Agreed about Sasha. I thought she was heading toward an all-time Beaver great career, and was very sad when she left. I did, however, understand her departure as well as any we've experienced. I'm pleased she's overcoming her physical challenges, and glad she's doing it without wearing a different Pac-12 uniform. Also, she was wonderfully joining Katie McWilliams on the all-time great hair team.
