Non-conference certainly isn’t great. Maybe this will help the team build some confidence before Pac-12 games. Anything more than one loss would be pretty disappointing (Villanova and Texas Tech should be decent).

Wow no away games scheduled non conference except for the Hawaii games. Not sure how good that is in prep for conference.

No losses in non conference. In fact, margin of victory needs to be large in every game, or OSU will get zero respect in the rankings prior to conference games. Playing Oregon our first game is going to be a challenge with this non conference schedule.

You never know about development and injuries, but an undefeated NC by a 20 pt average will mean nothing until they win in conference. Question to those that follow both. Who has the weakest NC schedule... MBB? WBB? I'd have a tough time as the Men play some good teams due to tourney invite. But, their other games are pathetic. The Women's isn't tough, but more consistent... if bad can be that?? |

Not a good NC schedule at all. Basically living at home against lesser opponents, which doesn't prove much.
Not one test against a challenging opponent on their home floor - not one.

Averaged 29 pts/9 reb per game last year. Olsen was the only other player in double figures. Some programs can shrug off the loss of a superstar and keep going, but I sincerely doubt Nova is one of those. |

I just remembered that Emily Codding is an assistant coach at Weber State. Will be cool to have her back in Gill when they come to town.
