You sure the Oregon-ORU Super Regional is going to be in Eugene? Pretty sure the Emeralds are scheduled to play at PK next weekend. You are correct that the Emeralds are scheduled to play at PK. I am not sure whether a potential Eugene Super Regional would trump an Emeralds series. Oral Roberts plays at J.L. Johnson Stadium in Tulsa, Oklahoma. J.L. Johnson Stadium hosted Regionals but has not since 1981. I am not sure whether J.L. Johnson Stadium could host a Super Regional or not. If neither team's stadium can host, they will probably let Oregon host at a nearby stadium. There are games scheduled in Hillsboro and Keizer. It may be that Oregon hosts in say Bend or Corvallis. In the past, they have let higher-seeded teams host within 200 miles, so long as they can find a stadium, which meets the Division 1 host requirements. I hope theres no way on God's green earth that hole would be able to host at Goss! I do not think I could ever accept something like that.

Why, oh, why would you have scheduled games on Regionals and Super Regional weekends? Its like the o athletic department doesn't even have faith in their own program.

For any possible SEC 'haters' out there (very unlikely that there are any on this board)..... ...as Monday begins, the range of SEC teams being in Supers stands at: anywhere from 3 to 8 SEC teams advancing to a Super.
Go Stanford! Go Beavs! Go Indiana! Go Texas Tech! Go TCU!

Duke and Kentucky dogpiled for winning a regional. Must be a basketball school thing.

End of Sunday: Two Super Regionals are unofficially officially set: Eugene Super Regional: Oral Roberts @ Oregon Winston-Salem Super Regional: #16 Alabama @ #1 Wake Forest.
One other Super Regional is just awaiting an opponent:
#7 Virginia won the Charlottesville Regional and will play the Duke @ Coastal Carolina winner.
Four other teams have already punched tickets to a Super Regional:
Indiana State South Carolina Tennessee Texas
Seven Regionals continue on into Monday. Of those five will be a true Championship Game:
Auburn Regional Championship Game: Penn v. Southern Miss. The winner will play Tennessee at a currently unknown location. Conway Regional Championship Game: Duke @ Coastal Carolina. The winner will probably travel to the Charlottesville Super Regional. Gainesville Regional Championship Game: Texas Tech @ Florida. The winner will play South Carolina. Florida would probably host, and Texas Tech would probably travel to Columbia. Lexington Regional Championship Game: Indiana @ Kentucky. The winner will play the Oregon State @ LSU winner. LSU will probably host. Kentucky would probably host Oregon State. Oregon State would probably host Indiana. Stanford Regional Championship Game: Texas A&M @ Stanford. Stanford would host Texas. Who knows who would host between Texas and Texas A&M.
The final two Regionals may consist of two games on Monday:
Baton Rouge Regional: Oregon State must win two straight games; otherwise, LSU will host the Indiana @ Kentucky winner. Oregon State would probably travel to Lexington. If Indiana wins, Oregon State will probably host the Corvallis Super Regional. Fayetteville Regional: Arkansas must win two straight games; otherwise, TCU will probably travel to Terre Haute to play Indiana State. If Arkansas wins two, they will probably host Indiana State.Presumed Supers: Winston-Salem Super Regional: #16 Alabama @ #1 Wake Forest Gainesville Super Regional: #15 South Carolina @ #2 Florida Terre Haute Super Regional: TCU @ #14 Indiana State Baton Rouge Super Regional: #12 Kentucky @ #5 Louisiana State Eugene Super Regional: Oral Roberts @ Oregon Charlottesville Super Regional: Duke @ #7 Virginia
Probably the Knoxville Super Regional: Southern Miss @ Tennessee. This could be the Hattiesburg Super Regional (Southern Miss hosted Ole Miss last year), but I doubt it.
The last Super Regional: Texas A&M and Stanford are tied at one in the second inning. Stanford probably hosts a Stanford Super Regional with a win. Texas A&M probably hosts Texas in a College Station Super Regional. Texas might host Texas A&M in an Austin Super Regional, but I doubt it.

Nate had a lefty warming up. One on, two out, B6, lefty takes RHP into the trees for a two-run bomb.
Too late Nate.

Since it's a Super with one game per day and Spokane(?) is in town beginning Wednesday, there is no reason both couldn't play at PK. Fri-Sun (if needed) games could be 7pm and Ems games shifted to 1pm starts. If Oregon bid in case of hosting, they made plans with the Ems. Yes this here ... it would be way more sensible for the Ducks and the Ems to shift game start times then to even try to think about the Ducks shifting game locations to other stadiums for their super regional games.

Or, the Ducks can just kick the Ems out. Which they did.
Our Super Regional opponents: USC, Stanford, Michigan, Vanderbilt, Kansas State, Vanderbilt, Minnesota.
Ducks' SR opponents: Kent State, Oral Bobs.
Talk about Duck luck. Oh well, maybe Oral Bobs can walk them off in Game 3 when an Oregon outfielder with a $500 pair of Oakley's loses a ball in the sun.

On the upside, Oregon State has eight (not seven) Super Regional appearances, with seven of those being Corvallis Super Regionals, to Oregon's two Super Regionals. 2005 Corvallis Super Regional versus USC 2006 Corvallis Super Regional versus Stanford 2007 Corvallis Super Regional versus Michigan 2011 Nashville Super Regional versus Vanderbilt 2013 Corvallis Super Regional versus Kansas State 2017 Corvallis Super Regional versus Vanderbilt 2018 Corvallis Super Regional versus Minnesota 2022 Corvallis Super Regional versus Auburn
In other news, Oregon State lost a Super Regional to an SEC team in 2011 and then lost the Baton Rouge Regional in 2012. Oregon's last Super Regional was also in 2012 in which they lost to Kent State two games to one.
Oregon State won the Pac-12 in both 2013 and 2014 and were given National Seeds both years. The Beavs went to the 2013 College World Series and were a foot away from the winners' bracket. Oregon State was stung by the #1 curse in 2014, being drummed out of the Corvallis Regional by eventual College World Series' entrant, Irvine. (Irvine was defeated by eventual National Champion Vanderbilt 6-4.)

Oral Roberts defeats Dallas Baptist, and o is winning. Guess what that means next week. Means Eugene will host the only Super in the Country next weekend that does not sell out.
Welp...
