Oregon State finishes second. Washington finishes third. California finishes ninth and will play Oregon and then Stanford. Wazzu finishes 10th and heads home. Oregon State plays on Wednesday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m. If Arizona wins tonight, Oregon State plays UCLA on Wednesday and then USC on Thursday. If USC wins tonight, Oregon State plays Arizona on Wednesday and then Arizona State on Thursday. Unless Stanford finishes 1-1, Oregon State advances to the Pac-12 Semifinal with one win. |

That was a home run. It hit the metal. They need to fix that, if there is a Corvallis Regional. I saw it as hitting the seam where the padding orange ends. The outfielder called for a review right away, the crowd that was only a few feet away didn’t seem to mind the review result, and the video review cameras have looked crisper and better then the broadcast video to me. The review was pretty fast, I think the video review showed what I think I saw, the ball hitting the seam under the padding. I will be in the minority but I think they got it right, hopefully a poster was out there that can give us the really close fans view of the play. |
