Do you think hosting several WNIT games is highly likely?

I don't believe you can make the WNIT with a losing record unless you get an automatic bid, which will go to UW I believe.

Do you think hosting several WNIT games is highly likely? What? This team is done for the year.

WNIT:
Automatic bid: Team with the best regular season record that didn't make the NCAA. So UW most likely. Possibly ORE or CAL.
At-large bid: Team must be >= .500 over all.

Nope, this team is dunzo. I am assuming that the year end tournament they had at one time where teams could pay to get in the games is no longer available?
If it is, this team with all the young players could certainly benefit from a game (or games).
P.S. I remember the Beaver men's team under Craig Robinson playing in such a tournament at least once.
Go Beavs!

That was the CBI, and it's a men's tournament. (Title IX does not apply...)

What's next? Transfer Portal. Best players on this year's OSU team follow the lead of Jones, Brown, and Kampschroeder from last season and end up on a much better team (aka. Texas, Duke, and Michigan) with good to great prospects for next years' league championships and good seatings in next year's NCAA Tournament.
Can't say I blame them. Easy to make a big upgrade in coaching staff, prestige, facilities,...

Upgrade in coaching staff is debatable, but I think OSU still retains prestige (for now) and have you seen the basketball facility? I seriously doubt it pales in comparison to any other women's basketball facility in the country and is definitely better than many.
