That’s a solid win - with the added bonus of murdering USC’s tourney hopes. Would’ve been a bit more comfortable if KC had finished at the rim but good effort. He was 0-9 but a lot of those were good looks that just didn't go. I wager he doesn't go 0-9 again with the looks he got today. |

When K.C has had some more time in the weight room,he is going to be a very tough inside player on both ends of the court. He doesn't have great elevation off the floor,but is very coachable and he will be a Steve Johnson type post guy in time. Not necessarily an all league guy,but an interior player who will get lots of inside hoops using either hand close to the hoop. I think he has only played 3-4 years of basketball in his life.

How could this review take so long? Replay is supposed to be an aid for the officials. It's become a crutch. Ridiculous in this case, the USC player was the only guy with his hands anywhere near the ball. The ref made the call on the floor, from about 3 feet away. He had a perfect view. If it's not obviously wrong in one or two looks at the replay, the call stands, administer the game, back to action. Put a one-minute limit on the review. If you haven't seen enough to change the call by then, quit looking. And teams should have to remain on the court, at their respective foul lines. Replay should not be the equivalent of a time out, which it has become, and that's a definite benefit for a team that has no more timeouts. Great win. Can't stand Enfield, he's a proven cheater who had an assistant coach serve jail time. |

Valentines Day 2021 OSU had all of 10 wins. Of course there had been a few postponed games so there were more games left that season than this season, but my point is...
Anyone can get on a roll and win the league tournament. USC has shown it can play with anyone.
In our case the kids would have a lot of work to do just to get to .500, way way more to win the tournament. They are playing better and I'm hopeful for 3-5 more wins by the end of regular season. If they get that there's no knowing (with surety) what could happen in the league tourney.

If anything I wouldn't be surprised if the league has 4 20 win teams and at least 1 gets bypassed for the tournament and some good deserving Pac 12 team might be sitting on the outside of a NIT invite. |

Glenn Taylor Jr numbers: 18 pts, 10 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals, 1 block and his putback w 35 sec left was GW bucket. Leave him a starter.

Ryuny was key too hitting a couple key three pointers. Very important for a young team who has trouble scoring
