Gardiner makes this team a lot better. Does Mitro have any low post game? It seems like she should have her way inside of 5-feet.

The team does better whenever Bendu is aggressive on driving and doesn't charge around after steals. She did get two steals within the flow of the defense and that's been big.
Timea continues to drive OSU with both offense and defense.
Lex has been good at the three again and hasn't taken hordes of mid range shots that haven't been falling for her lately.
Lily has been doing a good job defensively.
Beers has been finding Brinks oddly difficult to deal with. Never would have thought it.
Team has been doing a good job defending the three so far. We will see how that continues.
Mit has been doing amazingly well against Brinks.

Kinda surprised Stanford isn’t bringing more pressure. They probably figure they don’t need to.

Two observations so far: Gardiner is an absolute stud. And if Stanford didn’t have Brink, we may be up by 9-10 And if we had Brink..............a state of Oregon product. |
