There is talk of the NFL flexing the Raiders game to an earlier start on Sunday, if they do the Vegas bowl start time will be moved to 11:30 to accommodate stadium prep for the Raiders

I had read about this a few days ago but I figured it must be settled by now. It's very confusing. They Las Vegas Bowl people are adamant of the game is it 4:30. But the stadium still shows the time as TBD. It seems impossible, especially with TV involved, that it could change.
By the way, for those that are wondering, apparently the need for a big gap between a college game and the pro game is that the pro game is played on turf and the college game is played on natural grass. So, they have to have time to convert the stadium.

They are handling the TV aspect by switching game time with the New Mexican bowl if necessary. Both are ESPN properties.

So, they have to have time to convert the stadium. Say what? I didn't even know that was an option to convert a field from grass to turf I may have it backwards as I think the raiders prefer natural grass, but they switch back and forth by having the two different fields on "trays". The natural grass tray is actually taken outside so that it can get sunshine. So, anyway, they have to have time to switch the trays I guess. Here's an article from September that talks about this stuff a bit: www.google.com/amp/s/lvsportsbiz.com/2022/08/30/artificial-playing-surface-returns-for-unlvs-next-football-game-at-allegiant-stadium/amp/

I know the Raiders play on grass, and then they move the field so the Rebels play on turf. I would assume the Raiders wouldn't let the bowl game use their grass, but IDK.
