Portland's second half was certainly stronger than OSU's first half. Other than the woodwork, it was all Portland. The postseason can be very unforgiving in soccer.

Portland won again tonight, over Western Michigan. The Pilots are 15-2-3. We lost to a very good first opponent who is playing at a high level right now.

Pilots avoid #1 Kentucky, who lost to Pittsburgh. However, they'll have to travel east. Stanford got eliminated by UNC-Greenboro in a shootout, knocking out the final Pac-12 team from the tournament.

Pilots fall at Pittsburgh 1-0 in 2OT. College Cup will be Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Indiana, and Creighton.
