Given the inexperience of this team, that almost seems like it borders on negligence. I’d love to know Tinkle’s rationale behind this.
OSU does not release any OOC schedule info until the contracts have been signed. So probably his rationale was, we've been working on it for months, we know it's going to happen, but we will follow school policy and not announce it until it is official.
Some people got their knickers in a twist because OSU didn't release any info about our fall baseball game with Okatoks. Forgetting of course that it would have been an NCAA rule violation, since all the Okatoks players were recruitable athletes and schools cannot comment publicly on recruitable athletes until they have signed an LOI.
