Why is it that Notre Dame and Wisconsin always get ranked so high, yet always have below average QBs? One position that has underachieved at those schools for years.

Why is it that Notre Dame and Wisconsin always get ranked so high, yet always have below average QBs? One position that has underachieved at those schools for years. Throwing the ball has never been Wisconsin’s thing. Other than 1 year with Russell Wilson, their offense is not going to attract 5 star QB’s. They beat you with the run. I thought ND was way overrated to start this year, much like the ucks. |
