is it time to start sinking money into the softball field. Some pretty nice stadiums out there. Especially in the SEC. They just got turf, lights and a hitting building within the last couple years. I suppose they could get a huge scoreboard. Not sure what else needs to be upgraded, and they still can't fill the seats they already have. There are plans to build an office/locker room complex down there, for soccer, softball and t & f. Exactly. I get the impression that sparty hasn’t been to Kelly Field lately. |

They also has new dirt installed on the infield a couple years ago so that it's not a dust bowl. Anyone know what kind of dirt that would be? Very interesting.

Haaaaa... that's beautiful. I would say our field is very player friendly now and not every youngster is into the glitz and glamour. Besides, we were in the WCWS this year and they weren't.

Fans from almost any school in the nation are going to be disappointed if they compare their facilities to Texas A&M's. Great facilities. Underachieving results. |
