Finally. Bazana leading off. Should have made that move long ago. Why? Meckler has a really high OBP and was struggling until a week ago. Also, it’s possible that Wilson is just a place holder and doesn’t actually DH. We’ve done that before by putting a player in that spot and then subbing him out before he hits. I just want to see Wade get some RBI looks. And i like the slappy style Bazzana has leading it off. |

Bottom of 1st Bazzana popped up to left. 1 out. Forrester infield hit. Barely. Forrester on 1b.  Meckler doubles. Runners on 2 and 3.  Melton homers to clear the bases. 3-1 BEAVS
Boyd walks. Boyd on 1b. 
Weber strikes out. 2 out.
Smith strikes out.

We really don't need to gift wrap runs for UCLA. Damn it! True, they are being very aggressive. They earned that opportunity just like last night. |
