when you need him. Tyler Graham's mental approach to the game is just what this team needs.

Summer league baseball is well-known for being 'in flux' from start to finish, but if things HOLD as they are currently reported, Tyler will be Jabin Trosky's day-to-day coach (under Joey Wong) summer 2022 in the WCL, at Bend. Of course, Elk/Beaver fans (myself included) hope that Trosky doesn't show up in Central Oregon until very late June or early July.
Judging from last summers' contribution from Graham to the Elks players, the 2022 summer pairing of TG and JT could be magical.
Last summer, Graham, as an assistant to Kyle Nobach, spent huge time talking hitting/working with Elks players. His love of talking hitting (as Tyler sat near the on-deck area, witnessed by myself) brought to mind the aura of Ted Williams and his well-known love of the subject - not to equate Ted with TG. From my layperson's perspective, it certainly appears that Tyler has the 'it' when it comes to the subject of hitting.
