His HUDL video reminds me of our own Collins as far as his running style. Not alot of video of hime with contact. Looks like he could be seriously fast and big receiving threat

Video shows some serious speed and some quicks when it comes to jukes and changing direction. I only watched a portion of the tape but only saw one wide open reception ( lot's of space ). Being able to hook up with HS teammates is a good thing and contributes to the GA culture rebuild. GA is going after every athlete that he sees that fits the system. I love that. MR undersold Corvallis, the University and the program. I guess that is why he dissed Corvallis for Alabama, where he rode the bench.

Don't see the need to put down Riley. He had several players over the years that followed teammates or family in later classes. It is nice, and kind of unusual, that we've got 2 QBS from Chandler in our top 3 at that position and quite nice that Green is following.
What I haven't seen mentioned yet is that he was state champ in the 110 meter hurdles this last spring.... he's got some atletic ability and speed. Have we had another former state champion hurdler since DA?

I just watched the Florida RB commit we have "Isiah Miller" HUDL video...wow he can move through traffic almost quizz like. Green is a change of pace slasher but Miller is a grinder.

As mentioned, there is no need and says way more about you and your mentality than anything else. Tells us what great accomplishment you have... good enough at anything to be on a "team" of Alabama's caliber in whatever field you're in??? You could only hope to carry MR's jock strap!! Please grow up...

Just watched the Miller tape. That was pretty impressive as well. He certainly handles himself well in traffic.

Green looks good, but man, that offensive line looks big!

LOL 3 SEC titles, co-national championship, play for Bear Bryant, be a part of one of the most dominant stretches by a team in CFB history. Yeah, terrible decision...completely dissed Corvallis. OSU won 14 games in the same span that MR was at Alabama. I'm not even an MR fan, but that's a reach.

I can have an opinion and so can you. Perfectly fine, but In my opinion and based on several insiders, Riley's main benefit to any program was that he was a 'likable' guy. He was not an innovator, not a great recruiter and never won a big game that meant something. He is too loyal to mediocre staff. Everyone has issues, especially after they get locked into doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I can guarantee that if we bring him back again, for any reason, I will cancel my 4 season tickets and stop all University donations. For what these guys are getting paid , they need to be engaged and a strong representative of the University. I will hold Andersen to the same standard, but I can already say that - aside from last year's record, he is doing things that Riley shrank away from. He can actually talk, and talk positively, in front of a microphone.... Listening to Riley was like a tape recording of someone coming out of anesthesia. Nothing anyone says will change my opinion or, in fact, the opinion of others that are in a better position than any of us to see the problems first hand. Sorry, I am not a political type, I want to see Oregon State grow in athletics along with the academics and the best city in the PAC 12 mentions. Others are happy with declining mediocrity and excuses about how 'it's so tough to recruit to Corvallis , probably the toughest job in the Country' . Give me a break.

Insiders... or some donors who share your opinions? The one thing that Andersen has shown so far is that appears he's making real progress in academics. I hope it continues and the other aspects of the program improve as well. So far we have little to go on. Oh, and what's with the fear that Riley's coming back?

Riley won the Grey Cup so there's one big game that stands out.

Give me a break. lol, claiming Riley was not an innovator clearly shows you really don't know anything about football. And being able to "talk, and talk positively in front of a microphone" does EXACTLY ZERO for helping a football team win games. All it does is impress people who like to hear other people talk.

On the talk thing they are certainly different type of characters. Riley was fine. To me Andersen seemed very scripted his first season, probably needed to be to drum in what kind of program he's trying to build. By scripted I meet saying the same thing each time, and hearing other coaches on the team using the exact same verbiage. I'm pretty sure there were a few scripted responses practiced by the coaching staff before interviews last year. A couple of the coaches were right in step with each other. I'll be interested in watching more interviews this year to see if I feel a different vibe.

LMAO... so YOUR opinions are based on insiders? Then they would not be yours, but just regurgitation!? As for "opinion"... no really said anything about you not being able to have an opinion... BUT... -We can state it is not only wrong but based on lack of info, intelligence on the game of football, or both. -this last post was your closest attempt to stating a opinion. Your other posts about MR were basically attacks... even going to the immature level of dismissing his choice of colleges. If you're going to state such nonsense that is obviously biased vitriol based on zero facts you are going to hear about it.
