Damn! Tough inning - the Beavers went from 13 LOB to 14 LOB !!! Not acceptable. I get that fans don't like the LOB numbers but I figure that you cant have any LOB if you dont get batters on the bases.

I cant take a team serious if they dont throw strikes.

They have a rule of no stick and ball sports the day of a meet. Swim teams generally will only do dry practice 2 days before a meet. Atleast good ones. They also dont just sit in the pool soaking. They get in, do their race, shower off and back to starching or the bench. No athlete is more aware of the dangers of having leisure time in a pool for performance. The starching seems like it could be dehydrating.

When Forrester launched that grand slam I am suprised that Chase Davis the outstanding freshman left fielder who will be playing in the Big Leagues real soon did not make a play to rob the homerun. Getting tired of Lopez commentary.

I hope we see lots more Turley family HR like that one in our future! Unfortunately, we will probably not see that.

And while not a lock it’s a good bet that I’ve been to more swim meets than you! In fact I have a Tshirt that says: Lord, if I have but one day left to live, let me spend it at a swim meet. Because those things last forever! It was a solid joke, I'm just drunk and annoying. Forgive my pedantry. I've been to like 4 swim meets. I've mostly just spent way too much time on busses with swim kids and listening to olympic announcers between races.

Over 220 pitches - what’s our opponent season high? I went through the Utah series today to see how we do with pitch counts and I think 240 was the highest I saw.
