Isn't Ahmad Rand gone? So it's backfilling his schollie, right?

Not a fan of an open door. If you're happy, leave. GTFO. Bye. It might be a situation, where Lucas is obviously not happy, so WT is letting him try and find someplace that he thinks will be a better fit. Either he moves on, or he comes back happy, knowing that this is the best place for him. That's what I hope, at least. for what it’s worth, Lucas was at the first football game in beaver gear. Not saying that means anything but…

May have missed it if already discussed, but roster now lists 2 other names I’m not familiar with - Donovan George and Felipe Palazzo from Argentina. Any info on either guy?

I'm seeing a Donovan Grant who went to a prep school in Atlanta called the Skills Factory. Don't know anything about the place. I found his highschool stats from his so. and jr. years as well, also in Georgia.
I'm finding Felipe has been here since last year sometime. He has a linked in profile, and a portfolium (whatever that is) profile that lists him as being a basketball player and magician. Looks like he has been a pretty good basketball player by Argentinian standards since a young age.
Walk-ons or some other deal?

Not much more to add other than what Drunk+ posted. There is a little bit of info in there on roster page. I watched a little bit of video on both, and they aren’t without skills. In Donovan Grant’s bio says he led his teams in assists and rebounds, and that is primarily what the video I saw showed. Were some pretty nifty passes. At 6-6, if he has any shooting skills, I could see him contributing at some point in his career given his strengths. I’d guess with him being from Georgia that Reveno knew of him from his Ga Tech days and brought him in. Palazzo’s video showed he can shoot it — nice stroke from long distance. At 6-4, he well could develop into a designated shooter type. All in all, the two of them look like good walk-ons. I like that they are wings with some size. Seems like Beaver walk-ons have often consisted of undersized guys or undeveloped bigs.
