I hope Esquer didn't have his team trash the locker room, like happened here when he coached at Cal and Dallas Buck shoved it right up their chippy little a**es one Friday night.
Oh that's right, visiting teams can't use the locker room any more because of what Cal did.

Anyone hear what was said in the Stanford dugout that got Bazzana to respond? I was listening to the game on Sirius and MP made it sound like Bazzana was pretty pissed.

I think the furd dugout was just chirpin a lot. There was a group of Furd fans chirpin behind us the whole game too......it was awesome to shut em up! |

So you approve of visiting teams trashing locker rooms? Pounding holes in the walls and destroying stools with bats? The in-game conduct of Stanford baseball teams has changed significantly from when Marquess was the coach. And not for the better, IMHO. |

And not for the better, IMHO. I thought the at-bat presence by the Stanford 1st baseman was pretty poor sportsmanship when he slammed the bat to the turf after drawing the walk. Glad that he struck out late in the game when they had runners in scoring position to end the threat |

Both teams play with a lot of passion. This is intense college baseball—a true, old style PAC series. Enjoyable baseball. Hard core, umpire crew chief used good restraint in not tossing players.
