I would not be surprised if at least one player transfers out after the season. After having lost Slocum and Goforth the past few seasons, I am holding my breath we don't lose someone like TVO. I think Brown goes. She is expecting a post season run. Some say Jones is another one. What if that is remotely the case both leave?  |

I'll make a prediction that whoever may leave the program, it will be the transfer in that will be the difference maker for the team next season.

I put my money on Jones leaving and going back to Texas where she will be closer to family and friends. If TVO leaves she will transfer to WSU to be closer to her family and friends.

I’m a little lost on why we are speculating on who is transferring out. Did someone say they were leaving? Or are we just placing bets?

NIT automatic berth:
"A team that is offered an automatic berth by the WNIT shall be the team that is a.) the highest-finishing team in its conference's regular-season standings, and b.) is not selected for the NCAA Tournament. A team that fulfills this quality will earn the WNIT automatic berth, regardless of overall or conference record."

What's not to like about a home game or three in the lower case march madness? We'll be back to the dance before this year's tears dry, with most or all of the team intact, and newbies of merit.

If some of the girls feel like they are not getting coached up properly, then we got a problem. But in essence the team we have isn’t the problem, it’s that we need a player or two that will bring out what we already have. It would be more than a shame to lose any of these ladies. Our ladies are class acts. Beaver nation love these Ladies up and let’s keep it at that? No speculation these players can check our website. Love them up and hope Scott figures out what is going to improve his lot as a team! One man’s opinion that’s all I am. But one who loves this program too.

That's the automatic berth, how do they select the rest, I guess I could research it myself. They decide who get selected in the berthing room in some hotel. They look at the Net and the like. |
