And, we're scheduled, as of now, to play next Fall. Who's bringing the batteries? Too soon? Never too soon.

Anyway, it has Oregon State to the Alamo Bowl, which cannot happen. The Beavers are ineligible to go to the Alamo Bowl, unless something weird happens. Also, Sports Illustrated has Oregon to the Las Vegas Bowl, which also cannot happen. The Ducks are ineligible to go to the Las Vegas Bowl. Sports Illustrated are either mixing up bowls or mixing up Oregon and Oregon State. Oregon could go to the Alamo Bowl, and Oregon State can go to the Las Vegas Bowl. That could happen. But most of the stuff that I have read indicates that that will not happen. The fact that Sports Illustrated has the Alamo Bowl selecting 7-5 Kansas State over 10-2 Oklahoma does not fill me with confidence. UCLA goes to the Holiday, which also does not seem probable, unless Arizona State implodes in the next couple of days. Arizona State goes to the Sun, which also seems improbable, because the Devils just went there in 2019. Wazzu falls to the LA Bowl. CBS Sports quizzically projects that Oregon will beat Utah and that Utah will play in the Alamo Bowl. I found 24/7 Sports projections. It looks to me like they are mixing up Oregon and Oregon State or mixing up bowls, because they have Oregon State in the Alamo Bowl and Oregon in the Holiday Bowl, which cannot happen. Oregon State is ineligible for the Alamo Bowl, absent something weird. They probably mean that Oregon will be selected by the Alamo Bowl. They have Arizona State in the Las Vegas Bowl. Oregon State goes to the Holiday Bowl, which makes sense to me, if the Las Vegas Bowl selects the Devils. UCLA falls to the Sun, and Washington State falls to the LA Bowl. That could definitely happen, if Arizona State is the Las Vegas Bowl pick.

Alamo Bowl vs Baylor? THAT would surprise me. curious what scenario CBS sees that leads to the Alamo? The moron who wrote it doesn't know the difference between OSU and UO would be my guess.

Even the "quality/rich" Fresneck fans live outside the city and wonder why any NC fan would venture to town.

I've seen Sun Bowl in El Paso vs winner of the SDSU - Utah State Mountain West Championship game. The winner of the MWC game is guaranteed a spot in the LA Bowl. Unless the MWC Game winner gets a Big Six Bowl berth. San Diego State could theoretically pass Cincinnati with a win and a Cincinnati loss. Then, all bets are off as to what exactly happens. Also, there is chatter that the Mountain West is going to shop San Diego State to another bowl game and then fill the LA Bowl with another Mountain West team. The most obvious team that would go to the LA Bowl in that scenario is Fresno State. Money's involved, so pretty much anything can happen.

Still can’t figure out why we scheduled them down there next year. Scott Barnes wanted to visit his old alma mater. Fresno State was literally the first home-and-home that Barnesy negotiated at Oregon State.
