I don't see where we actually got a commitment - where was it? I saw that they had a great weekend of recruiting - but not that someone committed.

Wow, that's a nice pick up. Between DeBlaere, Whisenhunt, Tolentino and Hamblin - that's a really good core group of HS kids coming in.
2x Fargo AA. Won Freakshow in 2020 (don't think he participated this year). OpenMat had him ranked #17 in the country at 160 last year as a junior. I've seen him as high as 8/9 in other rankings. At Best of the West last year he beat Hunter Meinzen (now at OSU) and Pudge Monroy (now at SOU).

Great pick up - We stole him from N. Colorado - He was one of my NW kids I wanted to sign at OSU and was really bummed when he committed to NC. The kid is a beast. 2x Fargo AA. I had seen him ranked as high as #9 at one point.

Oklahoma seems to be the front runner right now. Would also like to see us land Q Quntanilla - He won the Spokane open last weekend as a high schooler. He beat Martin Wilkie out of MT. |

I wouldn’t bet against Cornell for Walters. The Oklahoma offer is outrageously good, but JZ has told him to just take his time. No hurry.

Yep - He took an official visit to Cornell as well - If he can get into Cornell I wouldn't rule out Stanford as a dark horse either - OSU is still in the mix though.
CJ Hamblin wrestling at 182 at Rose City.... I would like to see a Hamblin Rowley match up sometime to see what happens there.
