Naming the head coach position Pat Casey is flat out stupid. Thanks for the donation offer and the attempt to show honor to Pat but we will have to pass on that idea. Said no one in sports offered money.

HYPOTHETICALLY: Would it still be named that in 14 years if, by then, Canham has led the Beavs to Omaha 5 times (one more than Pat)? I mean I can see naming a building, or a field, or a locker room, or even a park bench after a person. But it is really stupid to name a Person after a Person. Would love to hear of other examples as silly as this. |

I mean I can see naming a building, or a field, or a locker room, or even a park bench after a person. But it really is stupid to name a Person after a Person.
