And as usual, it all comes down to the jury. No jury I am on will convict on a DUII case if the driver is below .08. What happens if the individual is under the age of 21? Or drinking while taking prescription or over-the-counter medication? There are a lot of variables that should be considered by every juror.

As a minor, any alcohol on your breath or in your blood acts as presumptive evidence of DUI for an administrative license suspension. So the .08 threshold does not legally apply to minors.

If Stanford didn't fire Harbaugh, Gonzaga sure in hell isn't going to fire Few.
Few has a rep of being a well organized practice coach but to call him great is laughable. You need both hands and all ten toes to count the number of times he's been schooled in the Big Dance by the likes of Williams, Calipari, etc.
Practice vcoach = good Bench coach = a work in progress.

Few is among the winningest MBB coaches of this century....Two of the games he has been "schooled" in were when the Zags played for the National Championship...He has been voted National Coach of the Year in three different years... You don't need all your toes and fingers to count the number of times he has been schooled in the Big Dance - he has only been to 15....
I don't know if he is a great coach or not......But who still coaching would you claim to be a greater coach? My guess is that it's a very short list. Why don't you enlighten us with a list of names. Feel free to use your toes.... GO BEAVS!!

He made a mistake and he immediately owned up to it. Gonzaga isn't going to fire him, so that's a moot discussion (as fortunately seems to be the case).
He seems genuinely remorseful, from what I read. Not that anyone up in Zag Country probably cares what we think, but since this is a sports opinion board, I vote for forgiveness and moving on.

And...GU has handed down a 4 EVENT suspension. Really taking this seriously. That includes their Kraziness in the Kennel festivities, 2 exhibition games, and tough match up against Dixie St. Coach Few will be back in time to coach against Texas. GU fans have long had their noses up in the air proclaiming their moral superiority to everybody else, but this looks like exactly what any other high profile program would do. How to pretend you are handing down a punishment without actually doing anything.

In reading about it, Texas may well end up Top 5 as the season begins, and the Zags have never before hosted a Top 5 team on their home floor (unlike us, many, many times).
Now that would have been some real punishment, pulling him from that game.

Now that would have been some real punishment, pulling him from that game. Which is why Gonzaga would never allow that to happen.
