Hayden Walters is class of 23. What a great addition if the Beavs could pick him up! The problem for a guy like Walters is that the Beavers have put a lot of their scholarship money already into his potential weight classes. That push in the upper weights was so immediately needed. Walters has full ride offers from upper echelon wrestling schools as well as serious interest from great academic schools such as Stanford. I hope the huge steps the Beavers are making in wrestling might propel him towards less financial aid but a program on a steep rise. |
