I always knew I would regret it if Horton retired. Besides, we take even 3 of 6 from them, and they're be chasing us in the rankings. They did their job. |

Winning the Pac didn't get their basketball team to the Elite Eight.
They were a good team when they played us, and we've been struggling with our identity all season. Nothing's a cakewalk from here on out. Can't say that I know how this will turn out, but if they win the Pac, they deserved it. And if they get to Omaha, they will have to earn it.

I'm hoping they would have to be sent to some SEC school for a Super Regional setup, or at least host a team who is seasoned in June. The good news is, teams that make their first splash in Omaha never really get far. So we won't have to fear the worst case scenario.
