Jenny Huth, formerly an assistant coach at UCLA, just retired from Northern Colorado. She has a lot of experience in the Pac-12 and now some head coaching experience as well. Played at Colorado as well. She would be a solid hire if she still plans to coach.
Chatterton may also look to apply for the Northern Colorado job given his ties to the area as he served as an assistant in Boulder.

Minyon Moore to Sacramento State as Assistant coach. NOT one bit of experience as a coach. www.hornetsports.com/sports/wbkb/coaches/moore--------------------- If Sac State starts winning, they're going to have to build a new gymnasium to grow the program. Then again, if they start winning, their current coaches will probably not be trying to stay but move on to "more important programs". They should be able to build something with the current transfer portal mess, but it is a two-edged sword. I really like how OSU hired "local" for many of their teams - SR being a grad of OS, J Smith a grad, M Canham a grad - might be more. It's not to say they'll stay forever, but it feels like they're still building things.

Looks like they floated an arena project back in 2014 and the students voted down their proposed portion of the funding by a large margin. www.sacbee.com/news/local/education/article4276742.html

I'm a little uncomfortable that Katie F has started following Washington Women's basketball on Instagram. Hopefully that means nothing. She also started following former Rice assistant, Latara King on twitter today. She already started following Tina Langley as soon as she was announced as Head coach.......and then there are those three Rice players in the portal that Katie has been following.
I think it would be a good career move for Katie to get experience under another coach, but I will hate losing her when/if it happens, and I really hope it's not this season. Not now while losing BH in the same season. Again, hopefully this has no meaning. Coaches follow each other all the time. Perhaps the Beavs are considering Latara King as an assistant, but it makes more sense that she may follow Langley. Whatever the case, Beaver fans have a lot to stay in tune with this offseason.....new coaches, subtraction and addition of players, etc. Let's enjoy the ride....if we can.

Thanks for following this stuff for us, rmancarl. This particular issue of coaches following one another seems to be especially convoluted, but I'm glad you're trying to read the tea leaves.

The losses of Holsinger and Faulkner leaves Scott two big pairs of shoes to fill, especially from a recruiting standpoint. I believe Katie was pretty set on moving on, especially after getting passed over for the Montana job, which was like a dream job to her. Not thrilled that we’re going to be recruiting against her in the Pac-12, but Washington will likely start reeling in great players sooner rather than later.

But who ever heard of them (or Campbell for that matter) before Scott hired them? Did they all succeed irrespective of the head coach that hired them - or to a large degree because of him?

Not sure one follow and one comment means she's leaving. Maybe the new coach at UW is a mentor.

Another complicating factor no matter what happens, Katie announced she was pregnant on Instagram yesterday, due in October. That’s going to be a factor no matter where she is coaching.

I understand the desire for growth in any Profession. Certain personalities are driven by career challenges , some by Financial goals ( combination of both ). At the same time , there is usually a little hesitancy when it comes to 'new' situations . If I was in that business( and I am not ), it seems like going from one program to another has potential for both a big upside as well as an even bigger downside ! UW is pretty full of itself and the fans and donors can be a nasty bunch if 'they' think they are not getting performance that meets their high ( and as with osu - sometimes unrealistic ) expectations. So, if KF does leave - I would wish her the best, and also hope that she does not get the cruel side of coaching treatment, wherever she ends up ! Go Beavers !
