Can’t stop teams from running on us. The problem obviously being that every scouting report is highlighting that aspect. Yup. I’d run every time. That’s why we can’t give up walks. |

Washburn might be done after lots of pitches last weekend. Several outings in a row that have been outstanding outings. It might be flavor-of-the-day, but I am impressed.
By the way, the last steal attempt by Santa Clara was a hit and run that failed. Santa Clara not making contact at all so hit-and-run might not be a great idea.
