One thing I noticed is that FSU didn't apply the smothering defense that the beavers have seen from past teams like. Uconn, Louisville,ND,Stanford that usually get them rattled and fall apart like a cheap toy. Go Beavers !!! Hopefully we don't see that next round against South Carolina. |

Glad SR spread the time out so much. Biggest problem the Beav's have is running out of gas in the tournament, need to keep the starters as fresh as they can be.

Seeing such solid play from The four freshmen; Goforth, Samuel, Mitrovic and vonOelhoffen is really exciting.

Amazingly well executed game by SR and the players. FSU has some impressive players/athletes, but they had no clue how to get defend OSU nor how to score consistently on them. Aleah made the game look like a training video, it was ridiculous at times how easy she made the game look.
These women are ready to ball - Tues night is going to be special

I was quite (pleasantly) surprised at how inept we made FSU's defense look; just constantly had a step on them on the way to the rim. |

I'm glad coach gave Savannah another chance today after a few rough outings for her lately....This is the Savannah I was seeing and promoting earlier in the season. She has the size and quickness to be a factor off the bench and help this team going forward. Aleah is just playing at another level these last 2 months....Let's hope she has at least one more huge effort left in her tank for the SC game!

Taylor doesn't slide her feet she just uses her arm on defense.she is very mechanical not very fluid causes her to miss a lot of easy shots. We need one more post Really? I'll take 18 points and 8 boards from our starting center in a NCAA tournament game all tourney long. I didn't see a box score that listed her blocks, but I know she got a few in the first half without fouling. |
