Interesting info on a not so well known player....
I'm trying to figure out the benefit to OSU in bringing her on to the team - assuming she wants to join the Beavs.... With our recent impressive run recruiting premiere h.s. players, would it be likely we could find an equally talented player next year out of the h.s. ranks? I don't know - I'm just looking at the practical end of things....
On the other hand, if Huth is really high on her after scouting/recruiting her maybe she will get Rueck's attention.... In my view a 5'7 PG who hasn't done much at the u. level seems like quite a stretch.....And at 5'7 she'd better be REALLY good at something!! She would need to be considerably better than Noelle to even get a look.
At any rate, I'm probably as bored as many of you, so I thought I'd dash out a few thoughts on the matter....Thanks for posting beaverwbb fan..... GO BEAVS!!

On cue, she’s staying local and chose Texas Tech:

She waits until June is just about over, leaving almost no time for any other ducks to enter the portal. I like Endyia. I'm not sure how well her and Poapoa will play together, but I expect they will be one of the better combinations in the Pac12. Endyia has 3 more years if she wants them, so where does this leave Maddie Scherr and Taylor Bigby?

Maddie Scherr must be soooo happy the team's going to be really good now that Rogers is coming. The top ranked recruiting class for 2020-2021 ends up with a PG (PaoPao) I guess. I think I prefer Ruecks way better. Recruit people who you expect to start, and then start them.

Thanks for posting. In today's game, transfers are just as important as recruiting especially in plugging gaps to keep your program strong. I would like to see more class transfer rankings.....just because I like that stuff. I'm sure some people would not want to see that.

I think she has ego issues. When the season started for USC Omaya Oliver started strong and put up big numbers. It wasn't long when Rogers started to freeze her out of the offense never passing the ball to her even when she was open. When some of the injured vets returned this resulted in Oliver being relegated to the bench with reduced playing time. Even when she got in Rogers continued to freeze her out. Even with so little playing time Oliver was still named on the Pac 12 freshman team ( not first team ). If Oregon is smart they will continue to let Poapoa run the team and perhaps put Rodgers at the off guard position. No telling who or why she might choose to freeze out another player. She is a really talented player, but there might be negative trade off involved with her as well.

As the season starts, here's where it ended up: <button disabled="" class="c-attachment-insert--linked o-btn--sm">Attachment Deleted</button> What will happen with the players who don't find a place to transfer to? Hard to see their old school wanting to take them back except under extenuating circumstances.
