The R-G says he's looking to add a couple. Kinda late to be looking now. Why a couple? That could be a tall order. Why not just add 2 women players that are not a couple?

The UW roster , 2021-22, still shows Nia Lowery who is in the Transfer Portal, but has yet to find a new school, I guess that makes sense, there is still hope she returns. Weird seeing Katie F. there, will take awhile to get used to that. I'd suggest reading Coach Katie's bio here, pretty well written. gohuskies.com/sports/womens-basketball/roster

I'd be surprised if Rooks out of UW gets picked up by a major program.... She is a solid, blue-collar type player, but she doesn't seem like a difference maker for any program in the PAC.....
She's put in a long career, I'd love to see her sign with a program where she could be one of THE players..... I have no idea what she wants, I just know that a lot of kids with her general profile really enjoy moving to a school and a program where they are considered to be special, and where their considerable skills are far more greatly appreciated than they are at a major program. GO BEAVS!!

Wish we had an assistant like that!

Ucks get second transfer to complete roster. Filled both vacant coaching positions. Any updates on what Coach Rueck is up to?
Ahlise Hurst, who averaged 12.4 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.7 assists over 17 games with 16 starts at New Mexico last season, committed to the Ducks on Thursday.
The 5-foot-9 guard shot 37.6% from the field including 33.8% from three last season, finishing third in the Mountain West in made three-pointers per game (2.44) and tied for seventh in the conference in steals per game (1.7).
As a three-year starter for the Lobos, Hurst owns the New Mexico program record for points scored in a single game with 39 versus Oklahoma
A fourth-year junior, Hurst has two years of eligibility remaining. A native of Brisbane, Australia, Hurst joins the Ducks a day after Georgia State guard Taylor Hosendove signed with UO and gives Oregon 10 scholarship players on the roster for next season.

I am sure there is a duck board out there somewhere. There is an excellent UCONN board that is the holy grail of womens basketball called the UCONN Boneyard. Everyone else pales in comparison as far as knowledge in WBB.
Those east coasters dis on the west coast often but occasionally it is a good read if you can get past the UCONN sunshine pumpers

When January rolls around our games with the Ducks will be the highlight of the season for many of our players and for many of us fans.
With luck we might be back to the good old days and pack Gill with 9,000 screaming fans. Personally, I like having information about the opponent. I want to know about Oregon's roster to better savor the thumping we lay on them. Every coach worth a damn knows you respect your opponent but you do not fear them.
So, those of you who provide info on what's going on with the Oregon program, I appreciate it. I don't like Oregon. I want to crush them each and every time we play them. But I have no desire to be ignorant of them, their players, or their roster. So, those of you who help to keep us informed, my thanks to you. GO BEAVS!!

Same goes for knowing about Washington, Arizona , USC, Stanford and the like. Arizona is killing it right now. People are really upset right now that the boat is adrift in the ocean in regards to filling positions in the coaching ranks and on the floor. I get that and you are Also right in your thoughts too.
