I think those leadership classes have paid off for Aleah. I was concerned because previously when the spot light was on her, when she got the 6th person of the year award or when she started last season, Aleah's production dropped of badly. But this year the more the light's shining on her the more brightly she's glowing!

I had seen the one, the usual, forgetting that Oregon and Oregon State are two different entities: "Oregon is finding both rhythm and momentum." Announcers do it all the time. I have long been disappointed in sports writers in general , poor grammar, wrong word, missing pronouns, but Michele Smith generally does better than the rest. I can't find anymore loltrader.

You didn't look too closely then, greybeav. There were others, including what was written in the form of a sentence but wasn't one.
I don't understand how you get a job as a writer if you can't write, or how you get a job as an editor if you can't edit. It seems to happen on a regular basis, however.

It's the age of the internet. "Editing"? Who has time for "editing"? If you don't get it out within the next 15 minutes it's old news and why bother?

The ones I found were:
1) "29-pause" should be "29-day pause"
2) The sentence "Rueck's reassurance that Goodman needed to settle both herself and her team" makes no sense. I believe it was meant to say "Rueck's reassurance was what Goodman needed to settle both herself and her team".
That is about all I found for errors other than the "Oregon" and not "Oregon State" that was already mentioned by greybeard.

The comment by Rueck that he has trusted Aleah in big situations even as a freshman speaks volumes about Aleah. And those aren't just words, he backs them up.

Some may not want to believe it, others may not want to admit it, but Aleah is having one of the best seasons in the SR era. Certainly statistically, there have been few to match the numbers Aleah is putting up this season. Despite the greatness of past OSU players, there haven't been many averaging nearly 17 points per game with the high shooting percentages Aleah has this season.
The guards in the Pac-12 who get the most attention are Aari MCDonald, and Charisma Osborne. Let's compare some basic stats with them this year:
Aari is 28th in the conference in FG%, 31st in 3PT%, 8th in FT%, 29th in Assist to TO margin and 4th in assist per game Charisma: 34th in FG%, 13th in 3PT%, 4th in FT%, 8th in Assist to TO margin and 7th in assist per game Aleah is 7th in FG%, 1st in 3PT%, 3rd in FT%, 9th in Assist to TO margin and 2nd in assist per game
Aleah doesn't get the recognition, but she is having a super season.

One thing for sure, Aleah has no shortage of passionate fans and supporters on this board. Which is a good thing.

It feels like she is having a Gulich-type senior season jump. She’s transformed so many aspects of her game, some of them really tough to have big growth on in the senior year (ball handling, finishing at the rim).
I hope that means we will see a similar postseason run as well.
