The Beavers have a commitment from SS Kenji Colston in the 2024 recruiting class. Kenji is a MIF that will play shortstop at Jesuit HS in Sacramento, CA. this spring. At 15, he stands 5'11" and weighs 159 pounds. A quick defender, Kenji is known for his surprising HR power at the plate.
He plays summer travel ball with the talented and nationally ranked Trosky National 15u Team out of San Jose, CA. and is a Trosky teammate of OSU 2024 commits Ryan Vandenbrink, Jake McKowen, and 2025 commit Xavier Neyens playing up a year.
Colston is the 6th commitment in the 2024 class, joining Hustyn Wheeler, Jake McKowen, Ryan Vandenbrink, Zach Edwards, and Zach Swanson.
